Don't be a jerk.
Don't raid homes, don't steal, don't bully or troll. This seems obvious and if you struggle with this aspect of life, you may want to get off of the game and enrole in some therapy or counceling.
The rules are super simple.
Move away
from spawn.
I want to keep the spawn simple and clean. So when you start, try to move a good distance from spawn. If you need some starting resources, feel free to ask. Let new players start how they please.
Leave the world better than you found it.
When you are not building a base or project site, try to leave the world as natural as you found it. It's fine to leave wayfinders and torches, but try to keep it nice.
